You probably need a Home Information Pack before marketing your property. Most of the documentation needs to be in place before full marketing can commence so consider organising your HIP as soon as you know you will be bringing your property to market.

You can source an HIP cheaper than this on the internet. We recommend Tina because she is local and you get to meet her when she comes to the property to create the energy performance certificate (EPC). Tina is willing to help you with any paperwork or questions which is particularly useful now that a "property information questionnaire" is required before we market a property.

We dont mind who you use to provide your HIP.
